Grace's Medical Journey

Dr. Grace completed two years of clinical training in a district hospital in Sabah, where she gained valuable experience managing critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This exposure shaped her perspective on the vital role of primary care in preventing disease progression and reducing the need for critical care.

Motivated by this insight, she transitioned her focus from anaesthesiology and intensive care to family medicine, where she has been providing comprehensive, first-line care for patients over the past three years.

Dr. Grace is currently a Family Medicine Specialist Trainee, undergoing the FRACGP Parallel Pathway Programme.
